Priced in reputation, not cash.
Members exchange skills using Karma Coin — a non-cash currency where reputation prices labor. Open bidding. Two-sided reviews. A 4-star floor that auto-removes low-quality contributors.
Complete exchanges. Get reviewed. Karma is earned through delivery, never purchasable.
Post a need. Receive bids. Pick the contributor whose karma + reputation balance the request.
Average below 4 stars across 5 reviews? You're removed. Reputation is the only barrier to entry.
